HEATING – FREEZING HUMIDIFIERS

DESCRIPTION

For the thermal treatment and testing of a wide range of bonded sub-assemblies made from all types of materials, heating, cooling and freezing temperature profiles from +300°C to -50°C are performed. In the positive temperature gradients, the circulating air can be operated with moisture levels of your choice. In the example, bonded glass panes are tested on the front metal sheet frame of vehicles with respect to their suitability to heat, moisture and cold. The test procedures per unit may take several days. The temperature profiles are initially specified in the electronic control system (PLC).
