HEATED ROLLERS

DESCRIPTION

Vulkan AG specialises in the design and production of heated rollers and roller-specific sub-assemblies to satisfy the highest requirements. The extensive range includes everything from printing and aluminium rollers to cooling and guiding rollers. Customers from the fields of metal and plastic processing, plastic recycling and paper processing, as well as from the textile industry, will find the matching rollers for all requirements. In the example system, textiles are pre-heated using pre-heating rollers, powder-coated with laminating rollers and glued together by means of main heating rollers and after-heating rollers.

TECHNICAL DATA

Heating rollers with construction lengths of more than 4 metres have a temperature accuracy of within 2°K.
