DESCRIPTION

Explosive area heating units are used for the heating of all types of areas with atmospheres that are at risk of exploding. These are manufactured from stainless steel and sprayed with a temperature-resistant black paint for cast products in order to ensure optimum heat dissipation. In addition, the furnaces can be equipped with a room thermostat on the device or positioned externally. There is a risk of explosion wherever combustible vapours, gases, liquids or dusts are able to mix with a reactive gas (e.g. air or oxygen). This hazard can occur, for example, in the chemical and petrochemical industries.
